Although it may seem counter-intuitive, there is a reason your business should sign up for Instagram and not use it.

For a small business owner, creating and maintaining a website, creating new content, and interacting with your customers can quickly become a job on it's own.  (not to mention the job you already have of building your business).

Add multiple Social Media profiles to the mix and all of a sudden all this extra work becomes overwhelming.

Yet, we know how important having a Social Media presence can be.  Having a place where customers can find and interact with you is incredibly valuable.  You can't abandon it completely, so what should you do?

If you've been following my weekly video series, then you know that I've been focusing on creating a website and publishing content through a Blog and YouTube video series.  During this time, I have not"told"  anyone about what I've been doing.  The only people who know are those who have stumbled across any of my content.

Content is what you create for people to read, watch, or listen.  Most common examples would be Blog Posts, Podcasts, and Videos.  

The next logical step is to start spreading your message.  This is something you don't want to wait on.  If you're waiting for your site to look "just right" or you're waiting to get "noticed" by a celebrity, then you'll never succeed.  We don't expect our children...
